Bid Conferences concerning this project will be held at 6190 MS-Hwy 18, Jackson, MS 39209 on Friday, May 24, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. Attendance at the pre-bid conferences is non-mandatory but strongly encouraged. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to withhold the acceptance of any bid if approved for forty-five calendar days from the date bids are opened.
Plan holders are required to register and order bid documents at www.jpsdmsprojects.com. A $150.00 non-refundable deposit shall be required on each set of bid documents and must be purchased through the website. Until further notice, all hand delivery proposals delivered between 9:00 a.m. until 9:59 a.m. (local prevailing time) the date the bid is scheduled to open, must be delivered to JPSD Board Room, 621 South State Street, Jackson, MS 39201. All bid openings will be recorded and uploaded to the JPSD web site at https://www.youtube.com/jpsitv for public viewing due to COVID 19. Vendors will not be allowed to sit in on the bid openings.
