Bid 3257 2018 Bond Construction Program Northwest Middle School Parking Improvements Sealed, written formal bid proposals for the above bid will be received by the Board of Trustees of the Jackson Public School District, in the Business Office, 662 South President Street, Jackson, Mississippi, until 10:00 A.M. (Local Prevailing Time) Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. A Pre-Bid Conference concerning the project for Northwest Middle School will be held at 7020 Highway 49 North, Jackson, MS 39213 on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at 3:00 P.M. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is not mandatory but strongly encouraged. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to withhold the acceptance of any bid if approved for forty-five calendar days from the date bids are opened.

Plan holders are required to register and order bid documents at www.jpsdmsprojects.com. A $250.00 Non-refundable shall be required on each set of bid specs/documents and must be purchased through the website. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. Until further notice, all hand delivery proposals delivered between 9:00 a.m. until 9:59 a.m. (local prevailing time) the date the bid is scheduled to open, must be delivered to JPSD Board Room, 621 South State Street, Jackson, MS 39201. All bid openings will be recorded and uploaded to the JPSD web site at www.jackson.k12.ms.us at YouTube: /JPSITV for public viewing. Due to COVID 19, vendors will not be allowed to sit in on bids openings.
