Electronic and sealed bid proposals for the above bid will be received by the Board of Trustees of the Jackson Public School District, in the Business Office, 662 South President Street, Jackson, Mississippi, until 10:00 A.M. (Local Prevailing Time) April 17, 2023 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. A pre-bid conference for schools will be held at Kirksey Middle School, 5677 Highland Drive, Jackson, MS 39206 at 2:00 p.m. on March 30, 2023. Following the pre-bid conference, site visits will be conducted at North Jackson, Callaway, and McWillie schools. Attendance at the pre-bid conferences is non-mandatory but strongly suggested. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to withhold the acceptance of any bid if approved for forty-five calendar days from the date bids are opened.

Plan holders are required to register and order bid documents at jpsdmsprojects.com. A $350.00 non-refundable deposit shall be required on each set of bid documents and must be purchased through the website.
