Electronic and sealed bid proposals for the above bid will be received by the Board of Trustees of the Jackson Public School District, in the Business Office, 662 South President Street, Jackson, Mississippi, until 10:00 A.M. (Local Prevailing Time) Wednesday, March 23, 2023 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. A Pre-Bid Conference concerning this project will be held at 415 Claiborne Avenue, Jackson, MS 39209 on Thursday, March 9, 2023 at 3:00 P.M. Attendance at the pre-bid conferences is non-mandatory but strongly encouraged. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to withhold the acceptance of any bid if approved for forty-five calendar days from the date bids are opened.

Plan holders are required to register and order bid documents at www.jpsdmsprojects.com. A $350.00 non-refundable deposit shall be required on each set of bid documents and must be purchased through the website.
