Sealed, written formal bid proposals for the above bids will be received by the Board of Trustees of the Jackson Public School District, in the Business Office, 662 South President Street, Jackson, Mississippi,
until 2:00 P.M. (Local Prevailing Time) April 16, 2020, at which time and place they
will be publicly opened and read aloud.

A Pre-Bid Conference concerning the project Boyd Elementary School Exterior Concrete Repairs will be held via Go-To-Meeting on tuesday, March 31, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. Please see Addendum 1 for instructions.

The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to withhold the acceptance of any bid if approved for forty-five calendar days from the date bids are opened.

Plan holders are required to register and order bid documents at www.jpsdmsprojects.com. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit shall be required on each printed set of bid specs/documents. A $75.00 non-refundable deposit shall be required on each digital PDF set of bid specs/documents. Documents must be purchased through the website. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration.
