Electronic and sealed bid proposals for the above bid will be received by the Board of Trustees of the Jackson Public School District, in the Business Office, 662 South President Street, Jackson, Mississippi, until 10:00 A.M. (Local Prevailing Time) September 27, 2021 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Pre-Bid Conferences concerning the project for Renovations to Wells APAC Elementary will be held at 1120 Riverside Drive, Jackson, MS 39202 on Friday, September 3, 2021 at 3:00 PM. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is non- mandatory but strongly suggested. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to withhold the acceptance of any bid if approved for forty-five calendar days from the date bids are opened

A $250.00 non- refundable deposit shall be required on each set of bid documents and must be purchased through the website.
